Your new company

A leading not-for-profit local accommodation company across the South UK, are currently looking for an additional Infrastructure & Security Engineer to bolster their ranks. You'll be joining one of the largest and longest established not-for-profits in the South of England that has invested 15 million into local communities over the last 5 years.

Your new role

You will be supporting the organisation across a broad variety of work, with the ability to gain a lot of different experience across multiple areas. You will be a key member of the IT & Security Engineering team, who specialises in offering support across the organisation for around 2000 employees.

What you'll need to succeed

• Technical skills and strong communication skills
• Strong experience in a similar role, with a wide-ranging knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures, as well as VMWare and SD-WAN.
• Experience with hands-on network and security engineering duties, assurance, and risk assessments
• Knowledge of cloud principles, ideally Azure.
• Knowledge and experience of security frameworks such as cyber essentials would be beneficial.

This role is available for hybrid working with a typical requirement to work 3 days per week in the Reading/Bracknell office. Good salary, up to the £50k mark.
