Operating in highly regulated and demanding industrial sectors, they have successfully executed pivotal projects across energy, nuclear, renewables, water, and manufacturing domains. They're seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their technical team, working to support over 450 members of staff.

Key Responsibilities of the Infrastructure Engineer:

• Support the delivery of IT infrastructure and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with the wider IT team to implement technical solutions.
• Work to agreed timescales, prioritising tasks effectively.
• Assist in improving IT systems, processes, and standards.
• Provide technical support across engineering and support teams.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements of the Infrastructure Engineer:

• Proficient with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, SharePoint, Office 365 and Windows 11.
• Experience with VMware and virtualisation platforms.
• Hands-on with Dell hardware and Apple devices.
• Knowledge of security tools including Sophos, FortiGate firewalls, and VPNs.
• Expertise with Veeam Backup & Recovery.
• Experience with HP network switches.
• ITIL Foundation knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
