Salary: £35,560 - £36,783 per annum + £3,713 ICT Allowance Rising to: £37,694 - £38,990 + ICT Allowance in August 2025
?About the Role

Invest Northern Ireland is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our Internal Operations Division. In this pivotal role, you'll support our hybrid cloud infrastructure, deliver expert technical support, and contribute to our digital transformation journey.
? What They Need:
They are looking for candidates with recent experience (within the last 8 years) in some of the following areas:
Core Skills:

• Modern IT infrastructure: Active Directory Services, LAN/WAN, Microsoft OS.
• Hybrid cloud configuration and support: Azure and/or Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshooting in hybrid environments, managing service desk tickets, and providing both on-site and remote support.

Experience in at least two of the following:

• Enterprise-level network security technologies.
• Automation using SCCM and/or Intune.
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, Defender).
• Microsoft Hosting Server solutions (Hyper-V, Windows Clusters).
• Managing Windows 10/11 in a Hybrid Azure AD environment.
