Join a forward-thinking organisation where you’ll play a key role in delivering secure, modern infrastructure solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. With just one day per week in the Inverness office, this hybrid role offers the perfect balance of autonomy and collaboration.

• Act as a 2nd/3rd line escalation point, resolving complex technical issues and supporting the service desk team.
• Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions across Microsoft and cloud platforms.
• Take full ownership of incidents and maintenance tasks, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout.
• Maintain and patch customer estates to ensure systems are secure, supported, and up to date.
• Contribute to the development of internal technical standards, documentation, and best practices.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Proven hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure (identity, security, tenant configuration).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a methodical, analytical mindset.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Clear and confident communicator – able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

• Hybrid working – just 1 day per week in the Inverness office
• Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
• Bonus: Up to 8% discretionary annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
• Holidays: 33 days (including public holidays)
• Pension: 5% employer / 3% employee contribution
