What is the role?

We are looking to recruit an Infrastructure Engineer who will play a key role in managing and optimising the IT infrastructure within the business including on premise, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.

We're looking for an innovative and proactive professional who can drive efficiency within the IT department while ensuring the timely resolution of escalated incidents, service requests, and technical challenges.

You will be responsible for the daily operations, maintaining high standard of confidentiality, integrity and availability for all Business Services.

What will you be doing?

• You will be responsible for the maintenance and uptime of core IT infrastructure - physical servers and cloud based - essential IT Applications, including Active Directory, Group Policy, On Prem Platforms and more
• You will oversee the administration of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint. You will manage the deployment of software and applications while leading the build and deployment process for both new and existing devices.
• You will contribute to and help implement the Technical Pipeline and Strategy, ensuring the companies IT infrastructure remains robust and future ready.

Is this you?

• Strong technical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with decision making and project management.
• Security and Firewall monitoring.
• M365/AD/Hyper V Experience
• Understands security and data privacy standards (ISO27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials)
