Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert technical support and resolution for 3rd line issues
* Act as an escalation point for 1st/2nd Line Service Desk engineers
* Develop and document robust technical processes and procedures
* Manage and deploy Azure services and infrastructure
* Oversee security across Azure, Entra, and Microsoft 365 environments
* Administer devices and software using Intune, Defender, and ManageEngine
* Manage on-premise infrastructure, including backups and virtual environments
* Perform hands-on service desk duties when needed

Technical Environment

* Windows Server: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Certificate Services
* Storage: Windows File Servers, NTFS, Nimble/Alletra, OSNexus
* VMWare: ESX 8.0+, iSCSI connectivity
* Backup: Veeam, Volume Shadow Copies
* Cloud: Microsoft 365, Entra, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
* MDM: Intune, Defender
* Linux: Suse SLES, Ubuntu, Rocky, CentOS
* Networking: Nexus 9k, Catalyst, Allied Telesis, Ubiquiti, Fortinet firewalls
* Cabling: Cat5e/6, Fibre
