Infrastructure Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Manager with a strong focus on Windows 11 environment management to lead and support infrastructure initiatives, including desktop and server administration, system upgrades, and application migrations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Windows Administration, Active Directory, SCCM, and have experience in Windows 11 rollout and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain enterprise-wide Windows infrastructure with a focus on Windows 11 rollout and lifecycle support.

Oversee Windows Active Directory and Group Policy management.

Utilize SCCM for deployment, patching, inventory, and OS management.

Lead or support application migration projects, including pre- and post-migration validation.

Ensure endpoint compliance, performance, and security for Windows 11 devices.

Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation and technical standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, support, and operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in end-user environments.

Provide leadership in desktop transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

8+ years in infrastructure management or system administration roles.

Proven experience with:

Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)

Windows 10 and Windows 11 environment management

SCCM (configuration, packaging, deployment)

Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP

Experience in application or OS migration projects.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
