Are you an experienced Infrastructure professional ready to step into a hands-on leadership role? Our fast-growing technology-driven company near Reading is seeking an Infrastructure Manager / Technical Lead to take ownership of our core IT systems, drive improvement, and lead a small team in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

This is a hybrid and hands-on leadership position where you'll play a critical role in supporting, managing, and evolving our infrastructure landscape. You'll combine deep technical expertise with strategic insight to ensure robust, secure, and scalable IT services.

• Lead and mentor a small team of infrastructure engineers

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues (network, server, hosting)

• Analyse infrastructure performance and produce client-facing SLA reports

• Drive improvements in system architecture and operational processes

• Recommend future infrastructure strategies to support business growth

We're looking for a solid technical leader with expertise in:

• Microsoft Windows Server environments

• CISCO networking - firewalls, switches, routers

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN - strong networking fundamentals

• Web hosting & Microsoft IIS

• Linux systems & Docker containers

• Good knowledge of data centre operations is a strong plus

Our office is located just outside Reading, easily accessible from the town centre and surrounding Berkshire areas. On-site attendance is required 3 times per week.
