You'll lead a team focused on robust, scalable IT infrastructure, essential for continuous operation and security. This involves championing operational excellence, maintaining high-performing systems, and fostering continuous improvement within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers.
• Oversee vulnerability and patch management for financial data.
• Ensure paramount service availability and reliability.
• Contribute to IT governance, risk, and compliance in a financial context.
• Implement new functionalities while maintaining existing critical services.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent outages.
• Adhere strictly to ITIL processes.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage key vendor relationships.
• Document processes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven team leadership experience in financial services or a regulated environment.
• Expertise in Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft technologies (AD, Exchange, O365), Dell, Citrix, Azure AD, PowerShell, security products, and storage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Desirable: ITIL, networking, O365, and systems monitoring.
