In-House Banking Solicitor

New opportunity for a Banking & Finance Solicitor in Manchester to join one of the regions leading Financial Services businesses.

Joining an outstanding team of Solicitors and reporting to a Head of Legal, this is a varied role which covers both commercial and retail lending transactions, typically between £20m-£25m.

Supporting a client base drawn from multiple jurisdictions, you'll provide key support to business areas include Relationship Teams, Credit, Transaction Management, Investments and Treasury.

Ideally seeking Banking Solicitors from 5PQE upwards with experience of Retail Banking products including loans, overdraft, mortgages, and other bespoke lending facilities. This will include an awareness of CCA and MCOBS regulatory environment
