Description

• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
• Assisting with compliance and regulatory matters
• Conducting legal research and providing advice to the business
• Supporting the legal team with various tasks as required
• Assisting with contract negotiations
• Maintaining a strong working knowledge of commercial law
• Supporting the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
• Liaising with external counsel when necessary

Profile

A successful 'Paralegal - Commercial' should have:

• A law degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a paralegal or similar role within a commercial legal environment
• Strong legal research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A keen attention to detail
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
