CRA Consulting is exclusively partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing bridging loan business based in Chesterfield. With cutting-edge technology at its core, the company is expanding its in-house legal team and now seeks a talented Commercial Property Paralegal to support its growing caseload.

The Business
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. The legal team is lean, agile, and tech-driven - with LEAP case management and AI-powered tools enabling streamlined processes and quick decision-making.

The Role
You will work closely with the in-house legal counsel and operational teams on a wide range of matters, including:

• Supporting on commercial and residential property transactions
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents relating to secured lending and bridging finance
• Assisting with leasehold, freehold, and title matters
• Liaising with lenders, brokers, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
• Providing day-to-day legal administrative support to the legal and credit teams

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for:

• Experienced property paralegals (commercial or mixed residential/commercial)
• Previous exposure to secured lending, land transactions, or bridging finance is desirable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-led environment
• Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills

Location & Flexibility

• Based in Chesterfield with free on-site parking
• Close to rail and motorway links
• Hybrid working available (2-3 days per week in office)
