In-House Contract Manager/Paralegal Financial Services

A global leader in providing foreign exchange products and services is looking for a highly experienced paralegal/contracts manager to join them in their London office on a permanent basis.

The team focusses on due diligence for new clients and also projects for new and established clients. For example, a client may ask for significant modifications to a product and this role would be to ensure that the tech team follows through and gets it done.

Our client is looking for experienced Paralegals or Contract Managers who are able to perform a broader range of work in addition to the above, which will include admin for the legal team, NDAs etc, working closely with the Sales Tech team based in London.

Ideally, our client is looking for candidates with c.5 years (flexible) of experience as a Paralegal with Contract Management experience, or indeed a Contract Manager with legal/paralegal experience (preferably in an in-house environment in a fintech or financial services company).

This role will primarily be based at our client's plush London offices, on a hybrid working basis (once initial training is complete).

Applicants must have excellent academics, exemplary organisational and IT skills, with a keen eye for detail. They must also be a quick learner and ready and willing to assist the team in a calm and efficient manner. Tech savvy candidates with the relevant experience are of particular interest.

Salary is highly competitive and dependant on level of relevant experience.
