Description

• Analysing and extracting key legal and commercial terms from fund documentation (e.g. LPAs, side letters, management agreements)

• Supporting the development of legal tools for the private markets industry

• Conducting research and preparing reports, presentations, and market commentary

• Assisting with business development through pitches, webinars, and client materials

• Ensuring high standards of data quality and documentation integrity

Profile

• Experienced in reviewing legal agreements, preferably in the private equity or asset management sector

• Skilled in distilling complex legal issues into digestible insights for non-lawyers

• Proficient in legal research, opinion drafting, and report writing

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines with confidence
