Acorn By Synergie are working with a brilliant business that's scaling with purpose, and they are on the hunt for a seasoned in-house legal pro to join their team and make a genuine impact.

What you'll be doing -

• Partnering with stakeholders to deliver clear, strategic legal advice that supports business growth
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad spectrum of commercial contracts - from NDAs to renewals and everything in between
• Supporting the sales team throughout the contract lifecycle - ensuring they can close deals with confidence
• Managing early-stage disputes and litigation
• Owning legal policies, T&Cs, and template documents - keeping everything current and compliant
• Driving data protection
• Managing the company's insurance portfolio and overseeing renewals
• Spotting risks, providing solutions, and being the commercial conscience of the business

What our client are looking for -

• 5+ years PQE
• Experience in SMEs
• Strong commercial contracts experience and brilliant drafting & negotiation skills
• Able to balance legal risk with business realities - you're not the "no" person, you're the "here's how" person
• Self-starter, super-organised
• Bonus points if you bring some IP or data protection experience to the table
