Your Role:

• Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contract arrangements;
• Knowledge in advising on consumer and advertising laws specifically for marketing activity i.e. promotional terms and conditions.
• To accompany paralegal in the tasks deriving from company secretary activities and to liaise with external counsel retained for this activity
• Liaison with other Business Areas as necessary, obtaining and collating information in relation to the above activities.
• Maintaining the contracts data base, keeping a data base of all the vital information such as costs, term, termination period, contact information etc and including uploading of completed Contracts;

What We're Looking For

• UK law degree and completed training contract.
• 1-3 years PQE in commercial contracts (in-house or private practice).
  Good at analytical thinking with sounds legal reasoning and excellent legal writing skills.
• Organised and good administration skills
• Ability to pick things up quickly and follow processes with use of initiative.
• Reliability in meeting deadlines/timescales and to take and follow instructions
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the Team
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Approachable and committed to providing a reliable service to the Business using the Team legal services
