Location: Hybrid - Office (3 Days) / Work from Home (2 Days)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Creative team in our London office.

As the In-House Producer at Russell & Bromley, you'll play a crucial role in the end-to-end production of both stills and video content for the brand. Your responsibilities will involve full oversight of the production and project delivery process, ensuring exceptional quality, timely delivery, and adherence to brand standards through briefing to concept development, execution, and final delivery. This position demands close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to bring our creative vision to life and maintain consistency across all product categories.

About the Role

Producing end-to-end still and video content for timely delivery in line with the business critical path.
Manage shoot schedules and production timelines, aligning with brand and business objectives.
Oversee production schedules for shoots from concept to post-production and delivery.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Creative & Content Manager, Creative and wider teams to understand content requirements and deadlines.
Maintain up-to-date team calendars with shoot details.
Option management and booking of shoot teams and required elements from travel to location scouting and everything in-between.
Negotiation of competitive rates and usage rights with preferred partners across each production, ensuring projects always remain on budget and to schedule.
Manage invoice processing and assistance in Creative budget management.
Support the Senior Creative & Content Manager in building out creative critical path to align with and adhere to the wider business critical path.
Manage end to end production of ecommerce content including supplier management, shoot schedules, shot lists and sample management.
Preparation of presentations for approval meetings.
Working across Post production processes including build out of timelines, tracking of assets through post production, organising & filing of assets, ensuring all assets match the correct specifications and delivery of assets to teams.
Keep the creative team up to date with inspirational new campaigns, photographers, new technology, new faces, and fresh up-coming talent.
Management and administration of contracts, usage rights and other legal requirements
Booking and managing couriers where needed.
Delegate tasks to support daily workflow and foster a productive and efficient environment.
Making recommendations for best crew and suppliers to achieve brand, creative and shoot objectives.

About You

Previous experience in a production environment, preferably within a fashion brand or equivalent.
Proven understanding of all elements of the creative delivery process.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure.
Proven experience of Integrated Project Management / Production at a similar level.
Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent knowledge of working in content production with an understanding of content calendar planning across all channels
Excellent knowledge of fashion brands across all levels of the market
Experience of balancing a commercial and creative approach to fashion content production
A strong understanding of all channels including, digital, social, YouTube, email, stores, publications, search, OOH
