We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused In-House Recruiter to join our collaborative, supportive, and highly valued HR team. This is a hands-on, operational delivery role supporting a broad range of functions including Pensions Actuarial, Investment Consulting, Digital Services, Finance, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Skilled Worker visa sponsorships and right-to-work checks
  • Contributing to strategic projects such as PSL reviews and salary benchmarking
  • Promoting direct sourcing strategies to reduce agency spend
  • Advising stakeholders on market insights, trends, and recruitment best practice
  • Acting as an employer brand ambassador via LinkedIn and other platforms

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven in-house recruitment experience (professional services experience highly desirable)
  • Working knowledge of UKVI regulations and the sponsorship management system
  • Strong admin skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident in drafting offer letters and onboarding documents
  • Proficient in recruitment technologies (ATS, reporting tools, Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of recruitment legislation including Right to Work and the Equality Act
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, commercial mindset with an eye for continuous improvement
  • An interest in employer branding and inclusive hiring practices
