Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office)

Salary: £50,000–£70,000 + Performance Bonus

About Gallardo Securities

Gallardo Securities is a London-based brokerage specialising in equity derivatives and fixed income markets.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our London operation while establishing a new office in Dubai. To support this next phase of development, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded In-House Recruiter to help build our front-office teams across both locations.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing financial markets business and work directly with senior leadership to shape hiring strategy, identify top talent and contribute to the firm's long-term growth.

The Role

The successful candidate will take ownership of recruitment across a range of front-office functions, with a particular focus on broking and revenue-generating roles.

You will be responsible for identifying, attracting and engaging high-calibre professionals within equity derivatives, fixed income and related financial markets sectors.

Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in building talent pipelines, developing market intelligence and supporting the firm's expansion across London and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Source, identify and engage high-quality candidates across equity derivatives and fixed income markets
  2. Build and maintain talent pipelines across London, Dubai and other strategic markets
  3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial approach through to offer and onboarding
  4. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis across interdealer brokers, boutique brokerages and financial markets firms
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry contacts
  6. Partner with senior leadership to define hiring priorities and recruitment strategy
  7. Support the firm's international growth plans through targeted talent acquisition initiatives
  8. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reporting

Requirements

  1. 2 + years experience in financial services recruitment, either agency or in-house
  2. Strong understanding of financial markets, sales & trading, interdealer broking or capital markets recruitment
  3. Demonstrable track record of sourcing and placing front-office professionals
  4. Previous experience recruiting brokers, sales traders or other front-office financial markets professionals is highly desirable
  5. Experience recruiting internationally
  6. Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  7. Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and attract high-performing talent
  8. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment

Candidates currently working within financial services search firms, specialist broking recruitment boutiques or capital markets recruitment businesses are particularly encouraged to apply.
