An established and growing manufacturing business in Droitwich is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter / Operator to join its production team. Supplying high quality components into sectors including automotive, construction and leisure, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled setter looking for long term stability, training and career progression.

Working within a modern manufacturing environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Carrying out mould tool changes on injection moulding machines

* Setting and optimising moulding machines for production

* Monitoring process performance and product quality

* Troubleshooting process issues and making adjustments where required

* Supporting continuous improvement activities

* Working closely with production and quality teams to achieve targets

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience setting plastic injection moulding machines

* Experience carrying out mould tool changes

* Good understanding of injection moulding processes

* Flexible and proactive approach to work

* Strong team player with a positive attitude

* Forklift, lifting equipment or plastics processing training would be advantageous

Working Hours

Week 1

* Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 14:15

* Friday: 06:00 – 11:00

Week 2

* Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 22:15

* Friday: 11:00 – 16:00

(38 hours per week)
