Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Injection Moulding Operator / Setter to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Biggleswade.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced injection moulding professional looking to join a growing and well-established manufacturing environment.

The Role

As an Injection Moulding Operator / Setter, you will be responsible for setting and operating injection moulding machinery, ensuring production runs efficiently and products meet the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Setting and operating injection moulding machines

Carrying out mould and tool changes

Setting machine parameters and ensuring correct production conditions

Monitoring production runs and making adjustments where required

Troubleshooting moulding and production issues

Carrying out quality checks throughout production

Working to production targets and deadlines

Completing relevant production and quality documentation

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

Following all company Health & Safety and quality procedures

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Setter / Operator

Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes

Experience with mould/tool changes and machine setting

Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Experience working within a manufacturing environment

A strong understanding of quality and production standards

Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
