Injection Moulding Process Engineer

A leading manufacturer of eco-friendly products that support environmental initiatives worldwide is entering an exciting phase of growth and innovation. They are seeking an Injection Moulding Process Engineer to play a key role in driving their mission forward.

Up to £45,000 + Bonus | Days | Monday - Friday

In this role, you will help develop and optimise manufacturing processes, reduce waste and scrap, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement - all with the aim of making the company's products and services as sustainable as possible.

As a Process Engineer, your duties will include:
* Assessing and enhancing processes and equipment set-ups to maximise efficiency, reduce material waste, and ensure reliable, consistent production.
* Troubleshooting tooling and machine issues to minimise downtime.
* Championing process improvements and innovations that reduce waste and increase efficiency.
* Supporting maintenance teams with diagnostics and technical problem-solving.

To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Process Engineer, you will:
* Have extensive experience in plastic injection moulding, with excellent knowledge of machinery and materials.
* Demonstrate proven experience in process optimisation and troubleshooting.
* Have experience setting up new production lines.
* Be proactive, hands-on, and willing to support wherever needed.
