Injection Moulding Setter

Elevation Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a leading manufacturing business operating within a highly regulated sector to recruit two experienced Injection Moulding Setters.

As part of the production team, you will play a critical role in maintaining manufacturing excellence and ensuring consistent output in a controlled environment.

Injection Moulding Setter
Location: Commutable from Chesterfield, Doncaster, Rotherham, Worksop
Salary: £40,000 inclusive of shift allowance
Shifts: Rotating Morning & Afternoon Shifts
Industry: Manufacturing (Highly Regulated Environment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and optimise injection moulding machines and associated equipment
• Perform tool changes and ensure correct parameters are used for production
• Monitor the production process, identifying and resolving issues promptly
• Carry out routine quality checks and ensure compliance with strict industry standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with the maintenance and quality teams to drive operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g., medical, aerospace, automotive, or food) is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of injection moulding machinery, tooling, and process optimisation
• Ability to work effectively on rotating shifts (mornings and afternoons)
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to health & safety and quality standards
• Must be prepared to travel to another site for a short period of time for training purposes.
