This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and quality of the injection moulding process, responsible for setting up moulding machines, installing tooling, configuring auxiliary equipment, and ensuring production meets the highest standards of performance and quality.

As an Injection Moulding Setter, your duties will include:

• Installing moulds and setting up injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment.
• Performing tool and material changeovers.
• Conduct first-off sample checks.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make process adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including tooling records and last-off checks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to waste reduction.

To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter, the ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in injection moulding, holding the position of Injection Moulding Technician, Process Technician, Tool Setter or similar.
• Possess a solid working knowledge of injection moulding machinery and ancillary equipment.
• Have familiarity with a range of materials.
