Our highly prestigious law firm client is seeking an Innovation Manager in London to drive process improvement, legal tech adoption, and strategic solutions that enhance productivity and client service.

This is a brand-new role for the London office and the first of its kind - there is support from Innovation roles across the US and European offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead innovation projects, managing development and roll-outs
• Collaborate with clients and attorneys to optimize legal workflows
• Implement emerging technologies like AI and automation
• Research industry trends and drive best practices in legal tech
• Support change management and firm-wide modernization initiatives

What They Are Looking For:

• Expertise in legal technology, AI, and process automation
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in legal operations or professional services
• Background in project management, change management, or legal tech

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Law firm or corporate legal department experience
• Project Management (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
