We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Excellence & Innovation Support Lead to champion outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment across the organisation. This role plays a key part in supporting academic quality assurance, coordinating staff development initiatives, and contributing to a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support lesson observations, learning walks, and teaching & learning coaching
• Liaise with awarding bodies and ensure full regulatory compliance
• Analyse teaching quality and student performance data
• Support monitoring of KPIs including student outcomes, staff performance, and CPD participation
• Develop and maintain teaching toolkits and digital learning resources
• Assist with preparation and facilitation of exam boards and external quality assurance visits

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant field
• Experience in academic administration or quality assurance
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
• A solid understanding of assessment and compliance frameworks
