Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator
Salary: £30-50,000 +Bonus
Work Type : Hybrid
Locations: Manchester

Duties:

• Identifying and pursuing new freight opportunities
• Prospecting and generating potential leads
• Providing customer guidance and support, including preparing estimates and proposals
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships by offering support, insights, and recommendations for new business opportunities
• Addressing and resolving customer inquiries
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of and enthusiasm for the freight product
• Ensuring high-quality service by upholding and enforcing organisational standard

Ideal Candidate :

• 2 Years Freight Experience
• Experience with Ocean / Air / Road
• Key Account Management
• Freight Pricing
