Inside Sales Associate

Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external client queries, ensuring excellent service at all times Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are actioned within agreed timescales Support Sales teams by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Liaise with distributors, chasing and following up on orders to ensure timely shipment Manage internal sales processes, including order processing, contract administration, quote generation, and maintenance renewals Actively manage and update tickets, escalating issues where appropriate Maintain online catalogues, ensuring pricing and product information is accurate and up to date Support sales activity by contributing data to proposals, RFIs, and RFPs when required This role may also involve additional duties in line with business needs.
