Job Description - Inside Sales Co-ordinator

If so, our client, a leading manufacturing business, is recruiting for an Inside Sales Coordinator for their site in Colchester. The role will involve selling maintenance agreements for commercial and industrial equipment to new and existing customers.

Job Description

Reviewing and responding to technical enquiries and quotes in a timely manner.
Responding to customer enquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and website contact forms
Advising on appropriate products and maintenance agreements based on customer needs.
Diligently following up on quotations to secure updates and convert enquiries into orders
Collaborating effectively with team members and offering support when needed

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience in a relevant sales role
Experience in working in a technical environment
A level of commercial acumen
