Job Description - Inside Sales Executive

Inside Sales Executive
Worcestershire | Full-time, Permanent
£28,000 base + Uncapped Commission (£10,000+ realistic OTE)

Join a Multinational Leader in Automotive Maintenance Our client, a globally established company in the automotive maintenance sector, is expanding its UK operations. As part of their growth, they’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join a dynamic sales team and play a key role in driving business development.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based role. You’ll be responsible for:

Generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls and inbound enquiries
Developing relationships with new and existing customers
Selling light valeting equipment and chemicals
Upselling and renewing service and maintenance contracts
Keeping Salesforce CRM records up to date and organised
Supporting the field sales team with lead handover and tracking
Advising customers on how to maximise value from their products

What We’re Looking For

Proven inside sales experience, ideally in a technical or B2B environment
Confident cold caller with a strong track record of meeting targets
Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
