Job Description - Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative | £30,000 + quarterly bonus | Erith, Kent (office based)

My client, an international distributor, are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their busy sales team on a permanent basis. You will be an organised, proactive and driven individual, who puts the customers needs first.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails with existing and potential customers
Convert quotes to orders through proactive follow-up and communication
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via research and lead generation
Understand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions and upsell where appropriate
Maintain the prospect database and stay updated on products, services, and competitor offerings
Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and clarity
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets

Skills

2+ years’ experience working in a sales role
Customer focused attitude
Ability to work well within a busy team
Good computer skills, able to work on an array of Microsoft products

Package

£25,000 - £30,000 basic salary
Quarterly team bonus
Free parking
Monday - Friday
