During this period of unprecedented growth we are seeking an Inside Sales Rep to join our growing Sales Team. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is a your opportunity to make a lasting impact.About the roleTo drive revenue growth by generating new sales leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and closing deals. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting Iceotope's innovative cooling solutions within the technology sector.You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how Iceotope's solutions can address those needs. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Areas of responsibilityProspect and qualify new sales leadsConduct product presentationsDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsCollaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategiesPrepare sales contracts and proposals, negotiate terms, and close dealsTrack sales activities and maintain accurate recordsStay updated on industry trends and market conditionsProvide feedback to marketing and product development teamsAttend trade shows, conferences, and eventsPerson specificationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Desirable)2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. (Essential)Experience in the technology sector (Desirable)Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce (Desirable)Competent with IT – Office 365Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate key messages effectively and present information and clearly.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence Analaytical, logical and objective with good problem solving skillsManages own time and prioritiesAble to respond to a fluctuating work load and changing prioritiesDetail oriented
