We are looking to reward an exceptional and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and seeks sales success. In this role, you will play a crucial part in achieving our ambitious goals of acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable sales experience in the adtech sector, working with both brands and agencies. Ideally, the candidate will also have an understanding of privacy regulations and proposed changes to third-party data usage/tracking.

Experience

    • Building sales pipeline and achieving sales targets in eCommerce optimisation solutions, customer experience solutions, audience engagement or data analytics solutions is highly preferred.
    • Understanding and assessing customer needs and requirements effectively.
    • Demonstrating return on investment (ROI) of our solutions to potential clients
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and building rapport with clients.
    • Collaborating with other internal teams and resources to successfully close deals.
    • Solid experience of prospecting across cold calling, LinkedIn, personalised emails and other outreach techniques.
  • 3 years + of sales experience in the adtech or martech sectors working with brands and agencies in mid-market and enterprise level businesses
  • Experience of selling multi-stakeholder deals
  • Ideally able to demonstrate an understanding of SPIN, MEDDPIC, Challenger or similar methodologies.
  • Delivering compelling online demonstrations to prospects.
  • Strong communication skills engaging with prospects at all levels
  • Package of up to £45K base, plus £40K on target earnings
