Internal Sales Support Specialist
To £40,000 + Bespoke Commission package
2-3 days in office remainder WFH

My client is a dynamic Information Technology Managed Services Provider (IT MSP) committed to delivering innovative and reliable solutions to our clients. With a focus on excellence, efficiency, and client satisfaction, they strive to be at the forefront of the IT industry. They’re currently seeking a skilled and experienced Internal Sales Support Specialist with expertise in ConnectWise to join our team

Position Overview:
As an Internal Sales Support Specialist, you will be a key player in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless operations within an MSP environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background with ConnectWise and a proven track record in the MSP / It Reseller arena. Due to the specific requirements, experience with Connectwise is a must!

Responsibilities:
Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and contribute to the development of tailored solutions.
Procurement skills, requesting and following up on quotations from suppliers, raise purchase orders and after sales management
Utilise ConnectWise for accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
Maintaining and updating supplier, sales and customer records
Closely working with other departments to ensure deliveries and bookings for upcoming projects are met

Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering positive relationships, and understanding their unique business needs.
Manage assigned customer renewals and contracts insuring contract retention and growth
Utilise ConnectWise to maintain accurate quoting, processing orders and renewals and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Internal Account Manager in the MSP / Reseller arena, with a strong emphasis on using ConnectWise.
In-depth knowledge of ConnectWise functionalities related to sales, CRM, and service delivery.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with other MSP tools and solutions is a plus.
