The Inside Service Sales is responsible for selling or renewing the company’s service contracts and services offerings via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts. In such role you listen and respond to customer needs to drive new service innovations and growth.

This position reports to the Service Growth Manager and is part of the EMEA Service Team located in Milton Keynes and will be an on-site role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Selling Service Solution Contracts (SLA`s)

• Funnel Management , Forecasting (Creation, Management , Conversion)

• Commercial Excellence (Value, Upselling, Renewals, WBs and Conversions)

The essential requirements of the job include:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) required and up to 3 years sales experience in negotiation and solution selling (Hunter)
• Ability to engage with Key stakeholders & skills to navigate in a Matrix organization
• Proficient in MS Office Tools, SAP, SFDC or similar CRM and English language skills required (Business Level) (Optional other Languages most welcome like French/ Dutch/German)

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
