As Insight Manager you will understand, listen to, and champion the voice of the customer within the business, defining and driving implementation of our Customer strategy, in connection to broader business strategy and our People and Communities strategies, improving customer experiences and enabling us to Serve More Customers, and Delight them every time. Ensure the business is equipped with clear customer and market insight and recommendations for the business to act upon. Key enabler for us to be chosen more often, by more customers.

Equipping Greene King with robust, clear and actionable insight to support business decision making, optimizing trading performance and improving customer experience.

• Proven expertise in market and competitor intelligence, ideally within hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
• Ideally have strong knowledge of the Pub Market and pub operations, as well as a good understanding of wider hospitality landscape.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and statistical expertise
• Has analytical capability to get to ‘why’ and can coach others to do the same
• Ability to synthesise complex data sets into clear, commercially relevant narratives and recommendations.
• Experience in managing and evolving market tracking frameworks and dashboards.
• Strong working knowledge of syndicated data sources such as CGA, HDI
• Experienced in delivering clear presentations to senior stakeholders. 
• Compelling storyteller, making insight clear and understandable for audiences, and create clear recommendations as a result.
• Experienced in managing budgets and projects with external consultancies and/or research agencies
