We're looking for an Insight Planner to join a new multidisciplinary team driving insight-led decision-making in a large, complex organisation.

As the sole Insight Planner, you'll shape how insight is used - turning data into clear narratives that influence strategy, product direction, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Synthesize qualitative, quantitative, and behavioural data into clear, actionable insights
Create compelling presentations and strategic recommendations
Identify patterns and opportunities across multiple data sources
Collaborate with research, product, design, and delivery teams
Support user-centred approaches and strategic decision-making
Help define and build the Insight Planning capability

About You

Strong experience translating complex data into insightful narratives
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams
Strategic thinker with experience in complex organisations
Self-starter who can shape ways of working

Background
