A fast-growing, forward-thinking insights agency is on the lookout for a curious and detail-oriented Insights Analyst to join their team. This role offers the chance to work across a variety of well-known global brands, helping uncover what truly drives consumer behaviour.

About the Agency:
?? Specialises in delivering actionable insights using a mix of consumer, brand, category, and behavioural data
? Known for innovative use of social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch) to decode online conversations at scale
?? Works on a project-by-project basis across multiple client accounts for maximum variety and learning
?? A collaborative and supportive team environment with strong focus on learning and development

What You'll Do:
?? Dive into data to identify emerging trends and themes in consumer attitudes and behaviours
?? Use tools like online reviews, Google Search data, and social listening to build a picture of what matters to consumers
?? Contribute to the creation of visually engaging reports and deliver clear insights to stakeholders
?? Present findings to clients and internal teams, turning data into meaningful stories and opportunities

What We're Looking For:
? At least 6 months' experience in insights, research or data analysis
? Additional European language skills (e.g. French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) are a big plus
?? Comfortable working with large datasets and turning complex information into simple, actionable insights
?? Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
?? Exposure to both quantitative and qualitative methods preferred
