I am currently recruiting for an Insights Analyst to join a growing team in the Midlands. You will be responsible for delivering detailed customer and product insights. Your role will involve using advanced statistical methods to solve complex business problems and enhance decision-making processes.

Insights Analyst - What will you be doing?

* Delivering customer analysis to support business decision-making and tactical delivery.
* Providing analytical input for developing customer strategy, marketing strategy and product development.
* Utilising data analysis techniques and tools to deliver actionable customer intelligence.
* Using statistical models to understand customer risk, value and behaviour.
* Identifying data quality issues and suggesting improvements.

Insights Analyst - What will you need?

* Proven experience within analytics, data mining and statistical techniques.
* SQL, Python, Databricks or R.
* Experience delivering actionable customer intelligence.
* Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Background in pricing, social value, sustainability, workforce management or growth.
