We are seeking a highly motivated Insolvency & Restructuring Director to join our Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a wide variety of insolvency and restructuring cases and provide strategic advice to clients in the professional services industry.

Description

• Managing a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring cases, including both corporate and personal.
• Providing strategic advice and support to clients facing financial distress.
• Preparing reports and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
• Overseeing the implementation of restructuring plans.
• Coordinating with other professionals to maximise recoveries for creditors.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and professional standards.
• Contributing to business development and networking activities.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.

Profile

A successful 'Insolvency & Restructuring Director' should have:

• A professional qualification in Insolvency (CPI/JIEB).
• Proven experience in insolvency and restructuring within the professional services industry.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A high level of integrity and professionalism.
