TITLE: Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor
PQE: 5+
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £95-120,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This leading firm is seeking a solicitor to join its well-regarded Insolvency team, focusing primarily on non-contentious matters. You will work closely with the firm's national corporate and finance teams, advising a range of stakeholders in distressed situations - including lenders, investors, corporates, directors, and individuals - as well as acting for insolvency practitioners.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE from a leading law firm, with experience managing transactional and related matters as a fee earner, along with an interest in or understanding of business development. Strong drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, and effective file management are essential. You must be able to perform well under pressure and be committed to delivering exceptional client service.
