We are currently recruiting for an Insolvency Case Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous insolvency experience who is looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration of a portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring all financial, statutory and regulatory requirements are dealt with accurately and within required deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing the cashiering function across insolvency cases, maintaining accurate receipts and payments accounts.

* Completing VAT returns and associated VAT work across assigned cases.

* Ensuring all statutory deadlines are met.

* Preparing and issuing statutory reports and notices.

* Completing regular case reviews and maintaining accurate case records.

* Attending and representing the firm at client meetings where required.

* Providing support across a range of insolvency cases and assisting colleagues with additional case-related duties.

* Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in accordance with relevant insolvency legislation and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate

* Previous experience working within an insolvency practice.

* Good understanding of insolvency case administration and procedures.

* Experience of cashiering and maintaining receipts and payments accounts.

* Knowledge of VAT requirements within insolvency.

* Understanding of statutory reporting and compliance deadlines.

* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

* Ability to manage workloads and work to tight deadlines
