Insolvency Solicitor

Sacco Mann are working with a commercially focused firm on a Insolvency Solicitor role based in Newcastle. The firm have a strong presence in the Northeast market, and you will play an integral role in providing comprehensive legal advice to a diverse range of clients on Insolvency matters,

The Role

Joining the high performing Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency team, you will be managing your own caseload and representing stakeholders such as directors, practitioners, secured/unsecured creditors, and investors looking for opportunities to regenerate businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling your own caseload from start to finish.
• Advising Insolvent Businesses, Insolvency Practitioners, Creditors, and Buyers and Investors.
• Working on a wide variety of matters, including dealing with all aspects of insolvent and distressed businesses.
• Taking an active role in business development

About You

• Qualified solicitor or experienced fee earner with experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency, including having worked on your own caseload from start to finish.
• Proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of insolvency law.
• Commercially aware.
• Analytical and strategic planning skills.
