I am working with a national law firm who are looking to grow and develop their Birmingham and West Midlands offering. You need to be a little special to work at this law firm, for a start ego’s need not bother applying nor should wallies or people without a personality. This firm has a clear direction and a plan and a strategy to grow and drive forward the Birmingham office. The firm are looking to appoint an insolvency partner into the Birmingham office to head this department up. You will be an acknowledged expert in this field and will have a loyal portfolio of clients keen to instruct you on business matters and who will want to work with the wider business.

• The highly rated insolvency team of this leading practice provides advice on a range of issues which arise when insolvency occurs.
• The firm have identified a need within their flourishing department and they are actively looking to recruit an experienced Insolvency Partner.
• Your role will involve advising individuals, companies and also insolvency practitioners on all aspects of insolvency-related matters.
• The successful Insolvency Partner will be providing assistance on receiverships, liquidations and company voluntary arrangements as well as administrations.
• You will be ambitious, driven and enthusiastic and have a passion for business development. A team player and a strong work ethos is essential for this role.
