Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the drama department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.


• Develop and implement a creative and engaging drama curriculum that inspires students of all abilities.


• Direct and produce school performances, fostering a love for the performing arts within the school community.


• Support and mentor drama teachers, promoting professional development and best practices.


• Collaborate with other departments to create interdisciplinary learning opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a proven track record of successful teaching experience.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students and staff.


• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.


• A passion for drama and the performing arts, with a commitment to nurturing talent and creativity.
