Job Title: Installation Technician (International Field Service)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 PA (OTE £50,000 +)

Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Installation Technician with a background in manufacturing and an awareness of field service operations. The role involves the installation of machinery, interpreting technical drawings, and engaging directly with clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a time-served apprenticeship or equivalent experience who are eager to develop their skills and work in a dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of machinery (product-specific training provided)

Establishing and maintaining site service contracts with external providers

Fault-finding and servicing machines where required

The ability and knowledge of being able to troubleshoot.

Understanding and working with technical/engineering drawings

Working flexibly between home and travel-based assignments

Skills & Experience:

HNC qualification (time-served apprenticeship preferred)

Experience in a manufacturing industry

Customer-facing communication skills

Awareness of field service roles and responsibilities

Servicing, repair, and fault-finding experience (desired)
