The company are a growing solar installation specialist delivering residential solar and battery projects across the South East. With ambitious growth plans, they need strong people to step up as the business scales creating genuine opportunities for career progression, including direct face time with the owner and future opportunities at HQ level.

In this role you will take ownership of residential solar and battery installations, managing projects from scheduling through to completion. You'll work closely with customers, installation partners and internal teams to deliver a smooth, professional and high-quality experience in a fast-paced environment. Full leadership and management training will be provided to support your transition into management.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrician with hands-on solar experience, ready to move off the tools and into a leadership position. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and be commutable to Dartford and happy to travel to sites across the South East.

The Role:
* Managing residential solar and battery installations from scheduling through to completion
* Working closely with customers, installation partners and internal teams
* Full leadership and management training provided
* Genuine progression as the business grows - face time with the owner and HQ opportunities
* Dartford based, 5 days a week with site travel across the South East
* Fast-paced role requiring flexibility on hours

The Candidate:

* Qualified electrician
* Solar installation experience
* Looking to step up off the tools into a management role
* Able to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment
* Commutable to Dartford and happy to cover the South East
