Installation Plumber with gas safe – North London

£40,000-£45,000 + Van + Benefits

Rapidly expanding FM Consultancy are looking for an Installation Plumber to join its London team covering domestic and commercial refurb sites including Health Care, Offices, Housing Regeneration Projects, Large Building Conversions and Retail in the North London area.

Being a rapidly expanding company they are keen to find an Installation Plumber who has ambition to grow within the business but also who has a broad range of skills enabling them to work on a wide range of sites covering both install, maintenance (commercial and domestic) and gas (domestic only)

Experience summary for the Installation Plumber

* Proven experience operating as an Installation Plumber covering 1st/2nd fix, fault finding and ongoing maintenance of existing water systems

* Hold domestic gas qualifications and be on the Gas Safe Register

* Have knowledge in the installation of boilers, radiators and associated plumbing and gas related appliances.

* Hold plumbing qualifications including Level 2 Diploma or NVQ in Plumbing

* Full UK driving licence

* DBS checked

* Ability to cover overtime when necessary.

The Installation Plumber will cover sites in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire and will receive additional training but importantly the opportunity to move into a team leader role including getting involved in site assessment and the submission of quotations.
