Job Description - Installations Administrator

Installations Administrator
Permanent and Full Time
Office Based, Northampton
£26,000 to £28,000 per annum

My client is looking for a highly organised administrator to join their team as an Installations Coordinator to ensure all works go smoothly from initial order to installation. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised with great attention to detail and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.

As the Installations Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the Installation teams to help plan and schedule workloads.
  • Liaise with customers and 8 teams of fitters to confirm planned works. Ordering products required.
  • Assist the yard person with managing and maintaining product stock levels.
  • Liaise with external teams and other trades people, as well as the existing supply chain to ensure the installation process runs smoothly.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all customers, putting in regular touch points along the installation process to keep them in the loop.
  • Organise and manage customer Building Control requests.
  • Organise any snag works with customers and the service engineer.
  • Input all contracts, job photos and any relevant information to the CRM system.


Installations Administrator, Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer focused role.
  • Excellent communication skills and very self-motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Candidate should enjoy taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion.
  • Pro-active and confident.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Previous experience within a similar role (booking, coordination etc.).
  • Knowledge of a CRM system.
