• Handle client complaints professionally and efficiently, delivering satisfactory resolutions.
• Schedule projects to meet business needs and satisfy client requirements.

• Proven administrative experience.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database systems.
